Membership to the network is controlled by Ace Authentic and ShareASale, and we may review/reject/accept any application for any reason. How do I see reports on my earnings?
You can access your account at anytime, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, using the username and password that you selected when signing up for your account. The reporting is all web based, and user friendly for your convenience.

Can I become an affiliate if I live outside the United States?
Ace Authentic is available in many countries, you can select your country from the available list during signup. If your country is not on the list, we apologize, but we cannot provide service to your country.

How does Ace Authentic track the sales and the leads on the Web?
We use cookies to track leads and sales through affiliate's websites. The cookies are only used to identify affiliate generated sales, and we do not collect any other information for any other purpose with these cookies. Upon an event, such as a lead or a sale, we are able to determine the total amount of commission paid to the affiliate, and the affiliate that was responsible for that sale.

How does Ace Authentic and ShareASale know which affiliate to credit for which sale?
Since each link redirects first to the ShareASale servers and then to the Merchant's site, we are able to match up at the event of a sale or lead, the affiliate who caused the action.

What about the customers who don't have cookies turned on in their browser?
Our research indicates that nearly 99% of internet users have cookies enabled on their browser. Cookies are an integral part of the web, and aid in the creation of e-commerce websites, user-friendly websites, and other customized sites. In the uncommon event, however, that a customer has cookies disabled on their browser, the customer is not available for tracking, and sales will not be tracked.

When cookies are used, what information is available to Ace Authentic and ShareASale?
We do not profile customers, aggregate data for analysis on customer preferences, or store any customer data. We use cookies solely for the purpose of providing an affiliate management solution, and only generic information about a customer is used.

Is there fraud prevention on the Ace Authentic and ShareASale network?
We have many automated tools in place to alert us to possible fraud. Our team also monitors the activities of merchants and affiliates alike, to make sure that there is no suspicious activity. ALL checks are reviewed before they are sent, and fraudulent users will NOT be paid ANY commissions. Most people who attempt to defraud merchants or affiliates are not very good at it, and are easy to spot, catch, and terminate from the network. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for fraud, no exceptions, no second chances.

How and When will I be paid for my generated sales and leads?
We issue payments via check and Direct Deposit on the 20th of each month. These payments are made to those affiliates who have reached the $50 minimum BEFORE the end of the previous month. For example, if an affiliate earns $50 by the end of February, they are paid those commissions on March 20th. If the affiliate did not reach the $50 minimum until March 1st, those commissions would be paid on April 20th. We have to allow time for merchants to review sales and leads in the case of returns, invalid credit cards, or even fraud.

Can I refer a friend to the Ace Authentic and ShareASale network and be paid for it?
If you refer your friend through the links provided with the ShareASale affiliate program, you can earn $1 per signup as an affiliate, and 5% of their future earnings.

How can I be paid faster?
We pay many of our affiliates through Direct Deposit, which is a fast and easy way to receive payments.

What kinds of stats are available for the affiliates?
Each transaction is logged on our servers, and available for review in detail. We also keep aggregate stats on the number of hits, leads, sales, and paid clicks.

Banners come in all shapes and sizes, and each individual merchant uploads a variety of banners for affiliates to choose from. There are also widgets, videos, dynamic HTML email creatives and more types of media dependant on the specific program.

What kind of computer or technical skill is needed to be an affiliate?
Affiliates will need to be somewhat familiar with HTML, so that they can correctly Copy&Paste the linking code from ShareASale, and place it within a web page, or within the body of an email message.
