Method of Payments
Ace Authentic accepts the following forms of payment - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal. All Georgia residents will be subject to applicable Georgia Sales Tax.
Return Policy
Ace Authentic provides our customers with satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for any reason. Please follow these directions:
- Obtain a RMA #(Return Merchandise Authorization) from Ace Authentic by emailing us at

770-232-4593. Please provide the following information to obtain a RMA #:
- Original Order #
- Date of Order
- Item # you would like to return
- Upon obtaining a RMA #, these items must be followed to receive a credit:
- Mark the outside of the package with the RMA # clearly visible
- Item must be in new or like new condition
- Item must have the original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) included
- Item must be returned within 30 days of original order date
If any of these above items are not completed, no credit will be given.
Ace Authentic will deduct a 25% re-stocking fee for any and all items that are returned, unless the original item was received by the customer damaged.

Ace Authentic are not responsible for returned items until it is in our possession. We strongly suggest that you ship the returned items insured via tracking carrier method.

Order Acceptance
There may be items ordered that Ace Authentic may not be able to accept. Ace Authentic reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Ace Authentic will always provide our best effort to complete your order, but there might be situations where we are unable to complete your order. Some of those reasons could be limited quantity, inaccuracies or errors in product, image colors, pricing or descriptions. If Ace Authentic is not able to complete your order, we will notify you of the situation and work with you to provide you a suitable solution.
International orders are subject to additional charges for freight charges, duties, taxes, etc... Ace Authentic will communicate with you about these additional charges for your approval prior to making any additional charges.
